Leading global luxury hotel company Four Seasons is seeking a conversation designer to enhance their award winning guest mobile app.
Their AWS LEX bot is built and in pilot with a small group of hotels and this candidate would be tasked with refining the data dictionary of common responses to maximize accuracy and response rate, while giving LEX a unique voice in line with their brand standards.
Main focuses of this role include:
- Refining intents and utterances based on our prewritten phrases
- Organizing and repopulating intents directly into LEX
- Retesting the bot and pulling reports to present changes to fulfillment rate
- Making suggestions for improvements to help us meet our KPIs
- Developing a unique voice for their bot
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of building response cards
- Knowledge of the AWS LEX interface and features
- Technical writing
- Data analysis
- Communication and presentation skills
