Overview

The Business Consultant – C1Conversations is a customer-facing role associated with the development, scoping, and delivery of C1Conversations Platform Intelligent Virtual Agent (IVA) Pro Services projects and the follow-on client consulting engagements via Managed Services on the same platform.  The position is responsible for leading the design, delivery, and tuning of IVAs and Agent Desktop features, and leads Managed Services acquisition, analysis, and synthesis of client business information into business-driven use cases and ongoing consulting as part of C1Conversations IVA engagements once C1Conversations is deployed for assigned clients. 
 
This position will also correlate information from multiple sources for the purpose of discovering the client’s explicit and implicit needs for AI Automation and Agent Escalation capabilities and training, as well as to communicate complex/abstract concepts in a manner that is understandable to executive client stakeholders. The Business Consultant will leverage and improve C1Conversations proprietary reporting and management tools, methodologies and frameworks used to internally organize information and learnings, and externally help clients best understand content and C1Conversations platform approaches relative to these findings and recommendations.

Responsibilities

 
  • Engagement Delivery
    • Maintains adherence to the engagement Statement of Work regarding committed deliverables
    • Collaborates with other C1Conversations team members to enhance team’s engagement performance, deliverables, and client messaging
    • Works independently and within teams requiring minimal direction
  • Omni-Experience Practices
    • Collaborates and shares knowledge with other Omni-Experience C1Conversations team members to improve team business acumen and technical capability assuring consultant capability and consistency
    • Contributes to continuous improvement, development, piloting and adoption of consulting methodology, services, and toolsets
    • Contributes to identifying potential new value-added services repeatable in the marketplace
 

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Internship or study in Conversational Design practices and approaches
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office products; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Teams
  • Comfortable managing ambiguity
  • Strong, demonstrable business acumen
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent work assignments
  • Ability to communicate with all client and partner levels serving to bridge the gap between the business and information technology
  • Excellent oral and written communicator and possess strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React/Angular), Next.Js, Reactflow (Flow based UIs) server-side languages (Node.js, Python), and database/datalakes like (MySQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch), web servers (e.g., Apache, Nginx), and UI/UX design and necessary frameworks and libraries. Familiarity with Figma, Vercel.
