AI Conversational Designer

Remote (US) Full time

We are looking for AI Conversational Designer for Contract project. This person designs conversational experiences for chatbot and intelligent virtual assistants (agnostic of any AI ML platform) conversational design skills to create conversational solutions for customer problems.

Required Skills:

  • Absolutely need conversational design expertise.
  • Any tech platform: IBM Watson, Google DialogFlow, Microsoft LUIS, Amazon Lex cognitive services or NLP technologies.
  • 2+ years’ experience in VUI / conversational Design and build AI-powered chatbot apps.
  • Lead design sprints, UX requirements sessions and design thinking workshops and accurately scope UX research and design work.
  • Drive research designing, with UX researchers or independently, to create actionable insights that improve customer experience, through A/B testing, data analytics review, research, product reviews, and user feedback.
  • Know the User Experience trends and turning these trends into enterprise recommendations for improvement.
  • Outstanding attitude, communication, and lead capabilities
  • Experience and understanding of lean or Agile UX and design sprint methodology to the role.
