Help change the voice of healthcare.
Conversa Health looking for a candidate that strikes the perfect balance between the technical, the analytical, and the creative. You bring heart and soul into healthcare experiences for patients across platforms. You can both delight clients and intrinsically understand what patients need to hear. While you have likely seen chatbots and other conversation platforms, you ultimately know that the best experiences are simple, clear, and engaging.
If you're interested in writing and creating excellent patient experiences, this role may be for you.
Conversa Health is helping to fundamentally transform healthcare from reactive to proactive by partnering with health systems and other healthcare organizations who use our Automated Virtual Care & Triage platform to improve patient care and health. We have a library of programs - ranging from chronic care management to post acute, perioperative, pre and post procedure, cancer, new parents, etc.- that guide patients on evidence-based pathways to better health outcomes. The magic that makes this work are the automated, personalized digital conversations (‘chats”) that are designed to maximize engagement, collect valuable patient-generated health data (PGHD), analyze that data, and use it to drive positive behaviors/actions.
As the Conversation Designer, you will create engaging, smart, and empathic chat experiences for patients and their families that keep them connected to their care teams. These experiences range from conversational dialogues, image and video assets, patient education, and copy for email and SMS notification messages. Our chats span multiple clinical, administrative, and lifestyle topics. The Conversation Designer/Producer will report to the Director of Content Strategy. While our home office is located in Portland, Oregon, COVID-19 has brought us fine-tuned remote working skills so being Portland based is not a requirement. We use many collaboration tools (Zoom, Jira, Slack, Google suite) to stay connected and on track.
