What you will do


  • Take charge of distinct project components as an Intern, from AI training to creating performance reports and conducting quality assessments of our current conversational interfaces
  • You will learn with your hands-on about dialogue design, NLU, Generative AI implementation, persona development, and content strategy by continuously iterating and refining conversational interfaces based on user feedback, usability testing, and data analysis
  • Be an ally to the organization’s user-centric approach by working with structured tools and databases

What you will bring


  • Completed Bachelor's degree in preferably, but not limited to, social sciences and languages.
  • Fulltime availability.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Excellent written, verbal and digital communication skills with extra attention to detail.
  • Basics of Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Collaborative spirit and willingness to learn.
