Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in a UX and/or UI design role
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, or any field, as long as you can tie it back to UX design
- 1+ years experience in a writing-intensive role (copywriting, scriptwriting, content marketing, blogging — if you know how to write, this is your time to shine)
- Well-developed core design skills and experience iterating every phase of design, from "paper" to pixels
- Strong conversation design skills with a solid portfolio of VUI and/or chat design projects
- Proficient prototyping skills and familiarity with visual and interaction tools like Figma
- Comfortable with finding creative solutions for ambiguous or complex problems
- Self-driven attitude with willingness to learn quickly and grow on the job
- Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams
- Meticulous attention to detail
Desired Qualifications:
- Degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) or Design (interaction, visual, product, etc.)
- Significant experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows
- Clear understanding of Conversational AI and passion for keeping up with industry trends
- Professional level proficiency in English and 1 or more languages
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
