Senseforth is looking for young, smart, resourceful candidates to be groomed into Bot Builders (building content for Artificial Intelligence powered BOTs) of the future. The selected candidates will be trained on our platform A.Ware and we will help them become expert Bot Builders in the organization. The candidate should be able to learn easily, adapt quickly and write clearly and concisely.

This is a full-time role, and you will be working with a team of bot builders and engineers. Writing skills combined with business analyst skills would be ideal job requirements.

· Create consumer-facing Intelligent Virtual Agents using Senseforth’s proprietary platform

· Solve customer challenges using Voice/Text chatbot conversation that enables the ability to deliver personalized and contextual information in real-time

· Spearhead copywriting of new language, rewriting existing language (i. e. FAQ, SOPs), creative conception, and overall industry vertical conversation design knowledge

· Develop mockups, flows, redlining and all other creative prototyping related items

· Work closely with engineering and technology partners to assess use cases – including the context, the topics, and the types of user questions

· Create conversation scripts that represent the customer’s brand identity

· Native English speaker

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Great Observation and Analytical skills

· Ability to learn new systems quickly and effectively

· A true team player - willing to be part of a team of Conversation Designers who work remotely around the world

· Knowledge in human-machine interactions - advantage

· Experience in Conversation Design - big advantage
