We are looking for AI CX Designer- Conversation in Malaysia/ Philippines/ Vietnam.

Job Description

1. Communicate directly with clients to enhance their end-user’s experience using innovative AI Talkbot technologies
2. Be a partner to our clients in their AI customer experience strategy.
3. Design and implement AI Talkbot conversation on WIZ platform. Customize the talkbot responses, manage and validate the corpus, configure the rules and logic, test and verify the final experience.
4. Complete requirement analysis, manage efficient project timeline, and handle clients' expectation

Job Requirements

1. Possess at least a Bachelor's degree in related fields (IT, required in Computer Engineering/Computer Science /Linguistics/ Media Communications / Marketing, etc)
2. Having experience in Conversation Design or UX design will be a big bonus.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Good command of English is required)
4. Strong logical thinking & problem-solving skills
5. Relevant work/Internship experience in software testing, IT system deployment and knowledge in NLP/NLU, flow chart, state transition diagram will be a plus;
6. Strong Ability to translate technical terminology and concepts to terms that can be understood by technical and non-technical management and staff
7. A team player and able to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
8. Proactive, self-motivated and keen to learn
